ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT FOR AGES 11+
NCA Sports Training's 8 to 12 Week Online Training Program
This program is designed to help athletes of all sports improve their speed, strength, and agility. It will also help them learn how to market themselves to college recruiters to gain a college scholarship.
Key Components of the Program:
Speed, Strength & Agility Focus: Tailored exercises and drills will target essential athletic components, such as explosive speed, powerful strength, and refined agility. Each workout is designed to challenge and progress athletes to achieve peak performance.
Work with Certified Strength & Conditioning Coaches: Athletes will have direct access to certified strength and conditioning coaches, who will develop personalized programs based on each athlete’s needs and sport. These experts will provide ongoing feedback, guidance, and adjustments throughout the training to ensure athletes reach their performance goals.
Athlete Monitoring & Feedback: Through our online platform, athletes can track their progress, upload workout videos for feedback, and engage in real-time discussions with their coaches, ensuring accountability and proper technique.
College Center Access: As part of the program, athletes will have exclusive access to our “College Center”, where they can receive guidance on the recruiting process, how to prepare to become a college athlete, and tips for getting noticed by college coaches. This includes help with building highlight reels, social media, understanding recruitment timelines, and connecting with potential college programs.
